📚Number 3 is the Scandinavian detective trilogy Crow Girl. 🐦This series exceeded all my expectations, and introduced me to the wonderful world of Nordic Noir, thanks to @crimebythebook which I recommend everyone to start following if you love the crime genre, she does the best reviews out there and her review of Crow Girl is epic! The series follow a detective who with the help of an intelligent psychiatrist try to capture a serial killer who leaves a trail of mutilated, mummified bodies behind. The plot is complex and brilliantly laid that I found a hard time trying to find a plot hole in this massive piece with no avail. What I love most about this book are the strong and prominent female characters who lead this story. I can not stress enough how I throughly enjoyed reading this 800 page bind-up cover to cover, and I hope you find it as enjoyable as I did.
