YA (young adult) books are usually aimed at teenagers and quite often deal with and describe issues teenagers/young adults face and can connect with. But I think the most important thing here is that you keep reading in #English. It doesn't matter whether you can understand each and every word, as long as you get the overall meaning of what is written on the page. Yeah, it's annoying if you need to look up every fifth or eight word (I still have to do that with another language), and there are words where the meaning can change with the context. You can easily skip a word or two, or three, and simply keep reading. Write down the words you don't know and look them up later. But keep reading, eventually you'll get there. The more you use a language, the more easier it will get. You're off to a good start already, keep at it. Learning a new language is always a good choice and reading books is another good choice. All the best, don't get discouraged and good luck ❤️
